Ho Chi Minh City - Cai Be - Can Tho - Chau Doc
Taking you through the heart of the Mekong's fertile southern region, our Deep in the Delta Vietnam tour brings the cultures and sceneries of the region to life. Continue southwards with a drive to Can Tho, the biggest city in the Mekong Delta. An early morning wake-up call rewards you with a visit to the lively morning floating market at Cai Rang. Exploring the colorful market is a highlight of any Vietnam tour. Your boat will meander its way through the throngs of vendors whose wares are displayed on tall poles so that they can be seen above the crowds.
The next stop is Long Thanh, a small hamlet known for its basket weaving. Not only will you have the opportunity to witness the deft craftsmenship of the weavers but also have a chance to meet some of the intriguing local characters.
